Community Ownership Transition

World Liberty Financial, Inc. is transitioning to a fully decentralized, community-owned DAO structure. This transition will eliminate centralized control and ensure token safety through distributed governance. The current ownership structure includes DT Marks DEFI LLC, an entity affiliated with Donald J. Trump and certain of his family members, which owns approximately 60% of WLF Holdco LLC.

As part of this transition, WLF Holdco LLC's rights to net protocol revenues will be gradually transferred to the DAO, ensuring that the community has full control over the protocol's future. The transition process is designed to be transparent and secure, with clear milestones for decentralization.

The current token distribution includes 22.5 billion $WLFI tokens held by DT Marks DEFI LLC and certain family members. These tokens will be subject to the same transition process, ensuring fair and equitable distribution to the community.
